Birthday Lawn Greeting - Cow Display - Woodlawn area - St. Petersburg, Florida

The owner of Flock-n-Surprise 727-687-8111, got caught in the sprinkler today, while setting up the birthday cow display at 4:30 a.m. in St. Petersburg, Florida. (In the picture you can see that the sprinkler was going full blast) In soaking wet jeans, the owner then drove to New Port Richey, Florida to set up the flamingo surprise. The life of a yard flocker ain't always easy!!!! But it is ALWAYS fun!!!
