Flock-n-Surprise 727-687-8111 (www.flocknsurprise.com) set up the buzzard display in Lansbrook, a subdivision in Palm Harbor, Florida, this a.m. for Michele's 50th. It has been almost a year since Michele flocked her sister in Trinity, Florida with *pink flamingos*. Michele's sister held on to her $10 revenge coupon and today was the day for paybacks!!!! This is such a fun business.
