Pay Back Time - Remember when Dr. Vaughan's wife flocked him with flamingos on his 40th? Largo, Florida
This time around Flock-n-Surprise was contacted by Dr. Vaughan himself to PAY BACK his wife for her 40th birthday!!! He told her, "Hey, You're no Spring Chicken either." The clients had a great time as did the entire staff!!!
