Sweet 16 Birthday Cupcakes and Hearts - Seminole, Florida

Flock-n-Surprise 727-687-8111 was so excited to sneak into Laura's yard on her 16th birthday and set up the sweet 16 cupcake and heart lawn greeting. We can't believe you are 16!!!! Happy birthday!!
